How Can We Effectively Train Staff in Engineering Colleges and Schools?

We are involved in academics (engineering colleges & schools) and we want to establish a training & development department for all our staff members. Please suggest certain good methods/modules for training for the same.

However, I could not find the list of academics for any of the departments.

I had visited Bhopal over 10 years ago and conducted some training for researchers at IPER and IIFM. You can access slides of training posted at CiteHR. If you could kindly give more details about your needs, I can provide some suggestions.
