I think that the JD can't be copied and pasted because it will depend on the needs of your organisation. Hence JDs can't be studied out of context, but they depend on the organisation and the role.

Since we are coming up with new manufacturing company, we need an idea on the JD. Also on the recruitment process or kindly suggest a consultant with experience supplying manpower for Medical Device Manufacturing unit

I may not be able to give you the JD right now as I donot have a ready copy.
For your second query, initially, u can try for driving the recruitment fully internally, i.e. right from sourcing to scheduling interviews etc. It may be time consuming but also a learning process for you. If you cannot do it or dont have the time, then you can engage with a manpower services provider.
As far as that is concerned, I know one consultancy which has a base in medical equipment and medical field; it's based in Mumbai.

Going by your description I could suggest the following:
1. Edu/Academic qualifications: Min. of First class B.E./B.Tech/ M.Tech/M.Sc with M.Phil or Ph.d. in Medical Instrumentation with M.B.A. in Processing/Health Care/Hospital Management. Candidates with P.G. degree with distinction and M.Phil/Ph.d. in chemical or Production Engg. also can apply.
2. Desirable: Min.of 2 yrs. work exp. in a Manufacturing industry specialised in Stainless steel wares and/or medical instruments.
3. Due weightage will be given for deserving candidate with experience in an industry manufacturing precision medical equipments.
