Seeking First-Hand Feedback on HRMS Solutions

NOTE: People advertising software/products/services, kindly refrain from replies. I am not looking for product pitches. I am seeking first-hand feedback and recommendations from my fellow HR members who have been using one HRMS or another.

I am moving forward with the implementation of software for HRMS, recruitment, and payroll. We are seeking an integrated solution. I am in the process of finalizing an HRMS for my company and would like some first-hand feedback about the various HRMS products other companies are using, especially those with flexible timings and shifts.

For example, how is Ramco HCM? Is there anyone using Ramco HCM in their firm? Would they recommend it to others? If not, what other better options are available?

Thanks, Ram. I will surely look for their website and have a demo before I finalize on one. Could you also please shed some light on your past experience with Ramco HCM? Was it a reliable, bug-free product back then?

I am open to it as long as I get a strong recommendation that the product is good to use, especially in a 24x7 kind of service industry environment.

I am wondering, how come no one has first-hand feedback about Ramco?
