Perfomance Management Systems For Start Up Company

Hi,

Greetings!!!

Recently, I joined a new retail organization. I am now the first HR in this company. Can anybody please help me to implement the PMS? What is the starting step to this process? How can I carry out PMS successfully? Please help me build my career. I don't want to lose this opportunity.

Kindly help set up the PMS for 30 employees.

Dear Pavan,

Setting up a Performance Management System (PMS) is a far more serious activity. It has to be handled with due sensitivity. To institute a PMS, it requires great exposure across the spectrum of industries. If mishandled, it may do more harm than good.
