For American & British accent pronunciation kindly purchase the book "Cambridge Emglish Pronunciation Dictionary" it has a CD too.

Dear Shruti,
If you have good command over english and know the basic rule of grammer and no mother tounge infulence means nutral accent then u can go for V&A trainer.
it require practice practice and practice, yes basic class on V&A will certainly help ful.
