Career - how to enter in training, payroll, appraisal roles in new companies?

Hi,I am vaishu, Presently i am working as a Hr recruiter since 2 years.I want to form my career in Remaining aspects of hr roles like training, payroll, appraisals ....
Please suggest me that how to enter in that roles in new companies?
Is there any softwares to learn all those ?
