Difference Between Industrial Relation And Enployee Relation

want to know is there is any difference between Industrial Relation and Employee realtion.How it functions ??? :?:

Employees Reation means Only Employees activities.

industrial relations include two sets of relations which are essentially resulting in rule making to regulate the relationships further. the first set of relations are individual relations which includes employee relations. the second set include collective relations. Industrial Relations Means Relation Between Employee & Employee, Employer & Employer, Employer & Employee. Hence we can say Employee Relation is part of Industrial Relations.
