Hi Dear,

Industrial Relations involve more than just industrial activities. It encompasses the relationship between employers and employees in the workplace.

Employee Relations, on the other hand, focuses on the interactions and activities of employees within an organization.

Hi,

Industrial relations include two sets of relations that essentially result in rule-making to regulate relationships further. The first set of relations is individual relations, which includes employee relations. The second set includes collective relations. Check my earlier post on the contents of IR.

Industrial Relations means the relationship between employees and employees, employers and employers, and employers and employees. Hence, we can say that employee relations are a part of Industrial Relations.
