Any contribution paid in PF account, you are liable to get it back with due interest.
However, if you do not withdraw the account within three years time, your account will be treated as inactive / dead and no interest is payable thereafter.

The problem is, his company's HR is denied for any claim. he told you have not worked for 6 months hence you can not claim for PF
Kindly suggest what should he do?

The problem is his company do not gave him salary slip. so he don't know his PF number.
Can he got the same by any else.

Go to EPFO website thereafter click the Establishment Search, give the required inputs thereafter once you trace your establishment you will find the Region Code, Office Code, Establishment Code and the Establishment Extension write it down on a piece of paper thereafter click the last column called payment in which you will find the details of the payment made for all the employees, go and click the No. of employees column and you will find the list of all employees of your establishment, trace your name and the Sr. No. will be your employee code

First he has to know his PF Account number and then he can transfer to present account.
