Facing PF Issues with Employer: How to Start Legal Proceedings in Karnataka?

Hi all, I have a PF-related issue with my employer. I am working in Bangalore, but the PF trust is located in Noida. I want to initiate legal proceedings against my company. Is there a PF tribunal court in Karnataka where I can start my legal proceedings?

Approaching the Tribunal for PF Issues

If the issue is that your previous employer (I hope by "employer" you mean the previous employer located in Noida) is an exempted establishment (since you have stated that the PF Trust is in Noida) and is not transferring the amount to your present PF account, naturally, you can take the matter to the Asst. PF Commissioner, Noida SRO, or if required, the Regional PF Commissioner and wait for the results.

Anyway, without knowing the exact grievance, I don't think that anybody would be able to help you through this forum.
