No Relieving Letter - What are the other ways to prove my work experience?

rkm23676
Dear friends,
I recently resigned from My company in Bangalore. I worked in that organization for 5.6 years and resigned after serving a notice of 1 month as per Appointment Letter.
At the time of resigning, they said your relieving letter and full settlement will happen after the notice period of 30 days.
When approached to get the same, I was informed that you will NOT get your full and final settlement & relieving letter.
I have a copy of my resignation letter (email).
My question is:
1. What are the other ways to prove my work experience?
E.g: Salary slips, salary statement from bank, etc,.
2. How can I get my relieving letter?
Request you to advice.
Regards,
Kiran.

Why you will not get the relieving letter and why your company is not completing all the formalities. Its strange and unethical.

Dear Kiran,
Its sad to see the organization behaving and indulging in such unethical practices, but none the less there are many ways of proving your work experience.
For example:-
Salary slips
Bank statements
Letters from fellow workers
letter of appreciation ( If received )
Any photo events
Tax documents ( if applicable)
Reliving letter
Resignation (Accepted mail or hard copy)
and many more......
Now lets come on the second part, to get the reliving letter there are many possible ways but for the sake of simplicity, i would be suggesting one or two.
First talk it out, in any manner
Second legal battle( It would also require the above said documents) and as there are many competent HR authorities and seniors are present on this forum, they can suggest more to it.
Regards
