Dear HR Professionals, I need the latest LWF slab and due date or PAN India, specially for Kerala. Goa, Daman & Diu, Punjab, Hariyana states. I am not able to get from internet as so many contradictory data's are there. Kindly help me out.

In kerala LWF is applicable to factories only. For shops and commercial establishment worker welfare fund is applicable. Each employee has to pay Rs.40 per month as welfare fund contribution. The due date is 5th of every month.
Shall I have relevant section / circular / notification regarding the LWF of Kerala.
