I need the latest LWF slab and due date for PAN India, especially for Kerala, Goa, Daman & Diu, Punjab, and Haryana states. I am not able to find reliable information on the internet as there is too much contradictory data. Kindly assist me with this information.

In Kerala, LWF is applicable to factories only. For shops and commercial establishments, the Worker Welfare Fund is applicable. Each employee has to pay Rs. 40 per month as a welfare fund contribution. The due date is the 5th of every month.
