After IT declaration for FY 2013-14 with the current employer. What time will the current employer have to issue the FROM 16 for FY 2014-15 to the employee
Dear Sam,
Last date of filing return by employer is 15th may 2014.
The form 16 should be downloaded on or before 31st may 2014.
The last date of filing of return by the employee i..e you - 31st July 2014.
