This is Abhilasha, I am working with one small IT company with employee count of 40 and I am only person responsible for all HR activity in my company.
I need HR people help on 1 new arise issue. we are planning to hire one of our ex-employee, who is joining us after 2 years break. We have already given her experience and reliving letter at time her leaving with company. My question is, again we need to issue her new Appointment letter with all company define terms and condition? and can we give her earlier employee code or need to give her new employee code? If someone is having any format for re-hiring Appointment letter, Please share.
