Hi, I need a small clarification to move on in my academic qualifications as well as in career growth. I am working as an Administration Manager in a reputed firm for the last five years. I have completed my B.Com and Diploma in Labour Laws with administrative law and am planning to pursue an MA in PM & IR. Will the above qualifications enhance my career growth? I have a total of 16 years of experience, out of which nearly 9 years have been spent handling both administration and HR functions.
