I'm in need right now of a Senior J2EE/Websphere Analyst/Developer. The person will be based in Manila with one of my clients, a global IT solutions company. The position requires at least 3 years of proven workplace development skills (minimum 3 years of experience) using JAVA, J2EE, Object-Oriented, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of use cases, Rational Rose/UML, performance tuning, and the ability to create detailed design documents and technical specifications.
