Company Not Providing Provident Fund - JPG Download

Hi All,
I hope u all are fine. I have some discussion/ clarification regarding PF .Presently I am employed in a pv ltd company .Company is not providing salary slip so the pf account number is mystery to all employee in my organisation. I also read the threads of how to retrieve PF details from PF respective office through complain N i got that from phone call by some officials of PF office. thing is happening when I am searching for pf balance error coming "Data not available. For detail's please contact respective EPF Office."
I also searched my company details through establishment search.There I found my company transaction details monthly wise.in employee list my name appeared .
My question > Is company depositing my pf or not ; as my name showing in company's monthly transaction and employee detail.
Kindly clarify me about this.

Since you can trace the Establishment as well as your (employee) details from the website, then some key that you punch in for the PF balance enquiry must be missing, try again

If you find remark that "Data not found" it indicates the monthly returns and not filed by the Employer.
If possible please visit PF Office and check the details in person.

But When I search payment status , and click on employee count detail I see my name is coming in list.
I regret for hiding company details as every company has its privacy.

In the snap shot you have send it shows that the EPF amount is made till January 2014, and since you say that your name is listed in the employee list, what else you require

My query is> If name is mentioned in PF transaction employee list ,does it validates PF getting deposited.
As this confusion is due to the reason" company not issuing salary slip".

Please refer my earlier post, If your name is mentioned in PF transaction list then that shows that your company is depositing PF in your Account what else validation you require, EPFO is a government entity, if the records of a government entity shows your account detail then I don't think that you require any further validation. You mean to say that you believe in Salary Slip more than the EPFO records.

Can you please suggest me how to draft a letter to CEO to avail maternity leave for three months as i have informed the same to management before joining and they accepted. Now Could you suggest how to draft a letter to get the salary during my Maternity leave period as i am not covered under ESI.
