As per Karnataka Professional tax slabs are as below
Between 10000 - 14999 = Rs 150
Above 15000 = Rs. 200
As per AP Professional tax slabs are as below
Between 15000 - 19999 = Rs 150
Above 20000 = Rs. 200

For Sate of Madhya Pradesh the PT Slab is as under-
1.If Salary <=Rs.180000/Annual NO PT applicable.
2.If Salary >Rs.180000/Annual - Rs.2500/- for a year(Deduction Rs.208 for 11 months + Rs.212 for 1 month)

Here are a few states' PT rates. However check them out for updated slabs and correctness. Anyhow why do you require all the states ? doing some research or project work on this ?
