Astrotech Steels Delays Payment: How Would You Handle a Breach of Agreement?

There was a professional agreement signed between AstrotechSteels and us. The agreement clearly mentions that the amount is due in 20-60 days from the invoice. They used our services, and upon completion of the payment period, when we started following up on the payment, the response was that the management had decided all by itself (I mean just like that) to pay after 6 months without any valid reason.

I mean, if they wish to do what they like, why would they have an agreement in place and misguide people into offering professional services? So folks, beware of this company as they have no professional attitude and take it for granted after using the services.

There is still no news of payments from AstrotechSteels. The response at the start of the week was that they have scheduled payments, which will be processed anytime due to a crunch in funds. I'm not sure how the company is operating without funds. Anyways, we are at the end of the week and are still clueless about the payment, and so is the CFO of Astrotech Steels, Tada. I am wondering why the Managing Director of AstrotechSteels, who was also marked on the mail, is not joining the discussion.
