I went through the Hiring Document that you have attached which with no doubt is very helpful. But could you also please attach the annexure forms that is mentioned in the document which will be extremely helpful.
The reason i am requesting for the same is only because i want to verify it with the details i have in place. So if you don't mind can you also attach those annexures.

I would like to do a comparison with some of what I already have as they may be the same thing but have been called differently.
