WC Policy / Personal Accident Insurance Of Contract Workmen.

Dear Sir,
Please give me information about, i have a WC policy , but i have not PA insurance. Is it compulsory take WC and PA insurance for contract workmen in construction site?

Dear Nedaria,
When Your legal liability to employment accident is fully covered by the WC Policy you've taken in respect of the contract labour, I think it is suffice. However, people well-versed in Insurance Laws may throw more light.

WC Policy,is an insurance Policy that stands legal to coverage in case of Places where there is No esic cover.However apart from this statutory requirement, it will be beneficial for the employees to have PA insurance.
