Appraisal Cycle for a Startup
My organization is a startup, and we are about to begin the appraisal cycle for the first time. Prior to this, we did not follow the appropriate procedures as we do in the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle. I do not have any previous year data or Key Result Areas (KRAs) set for the employees for analysis. Therefore, the management has decided to make market corrections among the employees.
Maintaining Accurate Employee Appraisal Data
I want to avoid facing the same situation next year. My question is, how can I maintain accurate employee appraisal data for this year? How should I prepare the Excel sheet for the same?
