My understanding of "End-to-End" is in particularly to Recruitment is as follows:
1. Manpower requirement requisition procurement (Frm Department head / or HR Manager)
2. Understanding the requirement in terms of Role, Which Technology (For e.g. In case of IT Unit SE, SSE TL / Java J2ee etc)
3. Start the process of sourcing the requirement through various means like Job Portals, Employee References, Consultants and News Paper Advertisement...
4. Do Pre-liminary Screening for the profiles that are received from these sources.
5. Get the profiles shortlisted by the respective department head / or project head etc.
6. Call the shortlisted candidates for face - to face interview in case of outstation candidates you can have first round of telephonic interview
7. Coordinate the entire scheduling and interviewing event
8. Once the candidates are selected for the role or position in requirement you sit with the Department that rolls out the offer letters to the candidate,.
9. You keep a tab on the Candidates offered and offers being accepted by them.
10. Check if all the employee who had accepted the offer did they actually join your company
11. Candidate upon post joining your organization you give them a hand holding because you are the only person in the organization whom they have interacted with.
