Hi all, I have just resigned from my job in an IT company. I have a 3-month notice period. I was entitled to 12 casual leaves and 12 privileged leaves. However, after resignation, all my leaves have become void. The HR says I can't take leaves during the notice period.
Recently, due to a personal issue, I had to take leave for 3 days without informing my manager. My manager, who is very rude, is now threatening me.
