is ESI and PF deduction percentage same all over India or does it vary state wise if so where can i find state wise details

But EPF Act is applicable all over India except J&K.

ESI and PF contributions are same in all states in India
But in case of sick industries (declared industries), the PF contribution will be less than 12%..
