my name is vivek and i m going to start my career in 4 star hotel as a hr assistant in rajasthan. so i wanna know about HR Assistant role and responsibility in hotel and detail knowledge of forms of PF and ESI.

First of all congrats and further I would like to say that about Role and Responsibilities you need to go through the JD on which u applied and for more clarification you can contact your Senior HR who provided you offer letter.And for you second query you can search on research option and go through various discussion to clear your doubts.and to download forms you can click on download thread.And still if u have any query you can post here...

My congrats for the appointment. Pl. do not worry on your role. Firstly, please go through the JD against you have applied. Besides, in the organisation you will not work independently. Your appointment will be followed by a detailed charter of your duties as is usually done in any organisation. In case of any further ambiguity, please have a talk with your HR Manager and seek his guidance.
