How Many Training Days Should Non-Voice BPO Employees Really Have?

Hi, can someone help me understand the ideal average training days for employees in a non-voice BPO where process trainings are not included?

There are no fixed standards. It varies from company to company. In my experience, the average training days for employees were as follows at the place where I worked:

Training Days by Employee Level

Level 1: Executive and Sr. Executive - 6 days/year
Level 2: TL and AM - 8 days/year
Level 3: Managers and Sr. Managers - 8 days/year
Level 4: AVP and VP - 8 days/year

These days were determined after a complete Training Needs Identification (TNI) based on the competency mapping process.
