How Can I Claim My PF from 2006-2007 and Where Should I Submit the Form?

Dear Seniors, Kindly advise me. My working period is from 2006 to 2007, and I have a relieving letter from this company. Now, is it possible for me to claim my PF amount, and where do I have to submit my PF Claim Form (i.e., PF Office or HR Dept.)?

You have to fill out forms 10C. These forms are available in your HR department or PF office, and the employer's signature is a must. Otherwise, it's better to transfer your account to your present PF account.
