Seeking Advice: How Do You Structure a Nesting Plan for New BPO Joiners?

I am planning a nesting plan phase for new joiners in the BPO industry. It would be of great help if someone could share the nesting plan currently practiced in their organization.

First and foremost, I guess you need to build a NEST. I hope you have your spouse with you to help you. Ha ha ha... Just kidding. Jokes apart.

Quick Essentials for New Joiners

Few quickies, which usually all have, are:
- Joining Formalities
- Employee Handbook, etc.
- Most importantly, ask yourself what you really wanted to know when you joined and it was not there. Have them all included. You too are an employee.

Additional Suggestions for a Nesting Plan

- Have the current organization chart also included in a PowerPoint with pictures of all key personnel.
- Have KRA/KPI discussed with joiners along with their TL/HR. The idea is to let them know what is expected.
- Outline a career growth plan and how they can achieve it. (If you don't have one, you know what to do).
- Arrange a high tea with Key Management Leaders. Choose leaders who will add that "spirit of enthusiasm in new joiners."
- Organize an observation day on the floor for both ops/Quality on a rotational basis. Role sharing would be great if your HR/Ops have the plan.
