Hi, I am a regular follower and fan of CiteHR. Recently, I was going through some profiles on CiteHR. I want to know what criteria we follow to give someone Moderator, Contributor, and Board Moderator designations. Can anybody elaborate on this?
The designations are more of responsibilities entrusted to members who contribute continuously and make a difference to the community with their knowledge and effort over a period of years. Most of our moderators have been posting heavily and mentoring others for years. They have a deep understanding of the subject. Hence, they connect the situations with the solution. Most of them have remained anonymous even after years of contributing. You can view the profiles as shared in this link List of Moderators.
Here's a view of the link to understand how it works. Hope it answers your question. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your reply. I noticed that individuals with two posts were also labeled as contributors, and the posts seemed to consist of jokes, some PowerPoint presentations, and other miscellaneous content. Please disregard if I am mistaken in any way, but this thought crossed my mind, prompting me to ask this question.
I have tried to send two messages, but it seems they are not getting delivered. As you asked me in a private message about such a profile, that's why I am posting here a profile of someone who is continually posting only his/her company profile on every post, and he/she is identified as a contributing member.
