Company Policy on ESI and PF Contributions
Given that the current employees' salaries have already been determined, the company has decided to cover the ESI contributions. However, for PF, we will deduct both the employee's and employer's shares from their salary. Due to the high salary packages in IT companies, the employer cannot bear additional costs beyond the salary. Hence, we need to persuade our employees to contribute their share towards PF.
Special Considerations for Employees with Salaries Below 15k
There are only a few employees whose salaries are below 15k, and for them, the company will cover the ESI contributions. Regarding PF, we aim to make it optional. We will explain the benefits to employees, and if they prefer not to avail of this benefit and exempt themselves, that is acceptable.
