Our client is a construction (Oil & Gas) company having HQ overseas. They are setting up a country office @ Chennai and will be taking up projects in India, for which we are looking for following candidates on urgent basis:

1. Front Office Executive -Female candidates having good communication skills in English, Tamil. Freshers can also apply.

2. HR positions (2 nos) - Having 1 - 8 years of experience, preferably from similar industry/ having core exp. in Recruitment, IR/Labour Laws/Statutory Compliances; Strategic HR; Policy Formation

3. Contracts Manager & Estimation Engineers - Civil (15-20 years); E&I (5-10 years); Mechanical (5-10 years) EPC/C exp. in estimating cost/materials/ labour/machinery; risk identification; BOQ; Computers

4. Manager - Procurement

5. Manager - HSSE

I agree to it. For payroll, you should be very much aware of the current minimum wages prevailing in your respective state for respective trade. Based on that Basic Salary should be fixed. Basic is more important and based on this only other components like: HRA/ Travel Allowance/ LTA/ PF/ Bonus/ Gratuity is arrived at (by giving certain %age). Taxation, is also one of the important aspect while working on payroll.
