Mail to connect HR SPOC for all resources deputed at client site

Hi, I have been recently appointed as the HR SPOC for all resources deputed at client site. I am planning to meet them once in fortnight so that they have a chance to discuss any issues they are currently facing (w.r.t to any thing). Since they are deputed at client site, this will give them a chance to be connected to the parent company. Please help me with a mail format to send across to all the employees.

We are pleased to inform that ABC has joined our organization as xyz. ABC will be actively involved in Recruitment, Resourcing & operations etc..
One of the first objectives we are launching is the HR Connect. As a part of this initiative, ABC will be visiting client premises once in a fortnight to meet our employees."
