How Can I Craft an Engaging Email to Connect with Client-Site Employees?

Hi, I have recently been appointed as the HR SPOC for all resources deputed at the client site. I am planning to meet them once a fortnight so that they have a chance to discuss any issues they are currently facing (with respect to anything). Since they are deputed at the client site, this will give them an opportunity to stay connected to the parent company.

Please help me with a mail format to send across to all the employees.

HR Connect Initiative

One of the first objectives we are launching is the HR Connect. As a part of this initiative, ABC will be visiting client premises once a fortnight to meet our employees.
