Need Guidance Regarding SAP HR

I have almost 3 years of HR Generalist experience in automobile and now want to shift to an IT industry .Therefore I wanted to inquire about SAP in HR, what are the various modules and about its demand in the market.
Shall I go for it? Kindly suggest??
