Need Help Choosing an Engaging HR Project Topic for My College Presentation

I am a student pursuing B.Com (Hons) 1st year. I have to prepare a project for my HR subject. I am confused about which topic I should choose under HR. I would be very glad if I could get some help with some references. This project will involve giving a PowerPoint presentation in front of the class.

As you are in the commerce stream, why don't you take up a topic around salary computation or payroll?

Already, you have knowledge in accounting, but if you undertake a project in Training & Development (T&D) or Organizational Behavior (OB), it could be helpful for your exposure. When it comes to payroll, it totally depends on Excel formulas only.

Project Work: An Integral Part of Study

Project work is a part and parcel of the study. You don't need to worry about the topic. You can choose any topic and prepare the project work with reference to the practice of work done with the assistance of seniors. Prepare the report and submit the same.

No one will be perfect while learning or studying the subjects. The committee members, while giving marks, will ask one or two questions about your submitted project work. They will award marks to everyone, so you need not worry about it.
