I was forced to put my resignation & get the no dues done which I had accepted forcibly & given the papers under pressure & I have got a mobile recording of the same wherein I was asked to put the papers.
Please guide me on the same what all are my legal rights.

Dear Surendra,
As per your case, you have given resignation from youself, so, you need to challenge on your resignation itself that, it was done by forcefully, & if you have all conversation by video with audit recording, then your case may get strong.
for more clearity please consulant with advocate.

Dear Mr Surendra
As per my experience, before you move further for any justification, you should report
this matter first to the Labor Commissioner Office of your jurisdiction with a written petition by mentioning all the facts of the case, with available evidences.
Please also produce your appraisals as the second witness about your performance and behavior of the past. ( Hope your past appraisals were clear and no point of time you were either pointed-out or advised about your behavior ).
You may also approach to HR Commission for justification.
Best Regards

Dear Mr.Sharma,
Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences, I have sent a legal notice to them through my advocate wherein they have sent an reply that I have left the job of my own since i have submitted the resignation. Now I have to challenge the same that it was taken forcibly. I am accumulating the proofs for further proceedings. please advise what all proofs will help in the further proceedings.
