Can you help me by providing soft copy of Gujarat Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules

We need Model standing orders of Maharashtra to prepare chargesheet cum suspension of My Employee. Pelase help us.

Do you mean to say that you need to find out the procedures for issuing charge sheet and suspending an employee or the letter formats for these? I don't think that the Model Standing Order will contain formats or drafts. For procedures, you can even refer the Central Act and there may not be any difference.
