I joined four years ago and have worked on several projects with good ratings. In my last project, due to a misunderstanding with management, I was released from the project and moved to the bench. After one month, HR is now forcing me to resign immediately, citing non-performance in my last account. The reason they mentioned for the non-performance is very trivial and known to all my team members. I have explained all the efforts I put in and also mentioned that I was not provided any notice period, not even two weeks, despite the company policy requiring a three-month notice.
