Guidence On Various Form And Register To Be Maintained Under Various Acts

Respected all,

Please guide me on this because I am totally confused about which forms need to be maintained under various acts. I am a bit confused because under the Factories Act, it mentions maintaining Form 29 for muster roll, and under the Minimum Wages Act, it's Form 26.

It depends on whether your office is a factory or a commercial establishment. You have to maintain either type of registers as per the law applicable to your office (i.e., whether it is a commercial establishment or factory).
