Can I Encash My Leave Balances At The Time Of Exit From Company?

I would like to ask one question can I encash all my leave balances at the time of exit from the Company.?
Pls reply on the same as soon as possible....Thanks

Your balance leaves will be paid or settled in your full and final settlement if you are quitting your present job. Usually, leave encashment is applicable only to privilege or earned leaves and not to sick or casual leaves. Please contact your HR and understand the rules.

YES, only for Privilege Leave/Earned Leave.
You are entitled to receive the Encashment amount, alongwith
your final settlement amount.

Apart from what seniors has advised you, please ensure to read the leave policy before hand, because after certain limit the PL/EL is lapsed automatically.
