Documents For Medical Reimbursement

Hello All,
I know that medical reimbursement upto Rs 15000/- is exempt and for claiming such exemption I need to prove that i have incurred that expense.
What documents are required for doing so?
Is medicine bill sufficient?

Medicine bills are sufficient. Ensure patient names are written on the bills.-

Hi Lakshay,
Add Doctor's prescription also with all relatives documents and take receiving copy with signature & Date.
