Need Help with Form 10C: Who Can Be a Nominee and How Is Pension Calculated?

Hi,

I need some clarifications on the following:

1) Point 9 of form 10C asks for family particulars and nominee details. It also mentions that family means spouse/children. Can I mention my parents or brother in this?

2) Who can be mentioned as a nominee?

3) How will the pension be calculated? When will I receive it? Is it monthly or annual?

(i) Can I fill my father's name or brother's name in the family details (instead of spouse)?
