Sir I joined a nearly launched Hindi news paper on 15th July in Nokia ,pf amount is dedected from salary (both side) but not deposited in of (checked from of department through rti) same thine they did with TDs , pl suggest what to do

If PF is deducted and not deposited in PF account then U/S 14B and 7Q there will be damages penalty and interest to be charged by the PF commissioner, even your Organisation can be shut down for ever.
