Performance Appraisal - Performannce Appraisals [Thread 48904]

Hi,
This is Niyati. I am a new member.
I have one question. I m given the responsibility for designing the performance appraisal format, including formas and all. I m working with an international KPO.
Now the problem is that my boss wants the appraisal format and forms to be different from the usual ones. we have Performance reports of the agents and he wants the questionaire to be based on that report.
