Request Not To Cut Pay By Way Of Punishment

Could anyone let me know how should I write a request letter to the Management to not deduct my 2-day salary by way of punishment. Actually I have been issued memos too. But in this whole picture, I have no role of mine anywhere. But still management has issued me memo and also deducted my 2-days salary by way of punishment. I want to request them not to deduct my salary considering my years of experience in the company, my hard work and dedication and devotion towards my work.
Please write for me a sample letter.

First of all draft a letter yourself and put it on the forum, the seniors will guide you if any change/mistakes to be rectified. Secondly when the company issued a memos then why have you not responded to all those memos and waited the salary to be deducted. See not responding to the memos is also liable for punishment. Last but not the least don't expect others to spoon feed you.
