Transitioning to HR: Which Courses in Hyderabad Can Boost My Career and Salary?

I am working in a top E-commerce MNC in a non-tech email support role and also pursuing my MBA in HR. Currently, I am in my final semester and will complete my MBA by the end of May 2014. I would like to know about HR courses (Kronos) that have a huge demand at present. I have 5 years of work experience in a support role and would like to move to the HR domain. Please suggest the best courses in HR that have high demand and can offer a good salary, as well as good institutes offering these courses in Hyderabad or distance universities.
