Can You Withdraw PF After Just One Month of Work? Seeking Guidance on What’s Possible

Dear Seniors, please suggest if an employee worked with an organization for only one month, and PF was deducted from his CTC. After resignation, can he withdraw his PF contribution? If yes, then what share - all Provident Fund amount only or Pension + Provident Fund both.

He can withdraw PF only. For withdrawal from the Pension Fund, there should be a minimum service of six months.

That's true... as he said, pension cannot be withdrawn if the service is less than 6 months.
