Dear Seniors, please help me. I am working in a construction company as an HR, Admin, and Accountant, and I am also a fresher. I need help with a suitable attendance register, payroll, project work order management, project expenses, petty cash management, etc. How should I start HR work first, and what type of files should I maintain? Please help me.

- Attendance Register: You should maintain it in two ways (manual and systematic).
- Wages Register: Manual and pay slip.
- Maintain adequate MIS reports related to day-to-day activities.
