I worked with this staffing/outsourcing company for an IT major for around 7 months as an IT recruiter. I quit as I had better opportunities and served notice for a month. The final settlement was supposed to be done after 3 months, as they told me. I was fine with it, but now the company does not pay the full amount I was supposed to receive, nor does it provide my leave encashment reimbursement, and also makes deductions from my salary. My offer letter clearly states I am entitled to leave encashment and does not mention any deductions to be made upon my resignation.
In this case, I have tried talking to HR, but they are not supportive in this regard and state that the payroll team handles it. The company's payroll team sits in Hyderabad, and I am in Bangalore. What do I do next to ensure I receive my due share? Please guide me in this regard and help me resolve this issue.
