Career Dilemma: Should I Switch from CRM to SEO in a New Industry?

I am working as a CRM in a company. Recently, I received an offer from a Construction Equipment Dealer Company to work with them as an SEO (Senior Executive Officer) of the company. I am confused about whether to join or not. Please help me in this regard!
