I am compassionate of your situation. Request if you can elaborate your case in more detail, I woule be able to suggest you accordingly. Pl give me details like - which company you work for?, Who are the seniors that you are referring to? , Who are the employers of the 'workers' ? what is your pay and the worker's pay? if you can send across a copy of appointment/contract letters. Give me as much info as possible to suggest you. You can also send the letters to me at [Login to view]

hi kamal,
Your case is a perfect example of "People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.".
Action plan for you, go talk to your seniors and if u spoke to them rudely, ask for forgiveness and if your teammate is being removed without sufficient reasoning, discuss with your boss to find a solution.

if your employment status is confirmed than you may challenge your termination to the competent authority. before terminating any confirmed employee employer require to charge sheet employee on the misconduct by giving sufficient time to the concern employee for submitting explanation on allegation. in your case charge sheet not issued to you than the termination will stand unethical and Non.
